Who (and what) exactly is Jerry Ray Hall?

Aug. 14, 2013 – PRLog — Jerry learned by the school of hard knocks, and has worked hard to live the American Dream. What is living the American Dream? The right to work hard and prosper. Jerry is the perfect example of the average American.

Jerry was raised with a Step-Father who was in the military whom his mother married after his father Jessie Hall died in an accident. His family did not have a lot of money, so at an early age, he learned the importance of self-reliance and hard work. At the age of eight, he began a paper route, which taught him the value of working hard and saving for the future. Since his family did not have the money to send him to college, Jerry took on several jobs in order to pay for his University studies. Jerry had no loans, no grants, no scholarships, no financial aid, just hard work.

Though it was a long, tedious journey, Jerry felt it was an honor and a privilege to have studied at Harvard Law – Courses in Negotiations, Pepperdine University, Indiana University, University of Houston, the University of Missouri at Kansas City, and Purdue. Jerry used his education to open doors, but it was because of his hard work that Jerry was able to go on and build several successful companies.

His thirst for knowledge has stayed with him his entire life, and after Jerry started making money Jerry took every course he could find to help him improve himself. This was a benefit not only to him but also to his businesses, which in turn aided the economy by allowing Jerry to hire more employees. Again, hard work and education helped him to grow his companies.

In 2008 INC 5000 listed one of the companies that he built to go on to be ranked as the 3118th Fastest-Growing Companies.

Jerry worked to develop a program over several years that cost to produce over $1,000,000 in time and development costs in association with various organizations, which upon completion was made available to Third world countries for free. This is a complete conflict resolution program from grades K1-12th Grade. This program is free if requested. The first program was given to the Ministry of Education at the time of presentation the education system was under the Presidency of Torrijos in Panama.

Money Launder and Con Man in Panama

DEA Invite by Ambassador for work Jerry and Art did to protect Americans

Jerry while living in Panama had found out that there were many people working to defraud new arrivals in Panama. The prime candidate to all these known scammers were Don Winner and Clyde Jenkins. Each of these men worked in consortium to defame anyone who brought to the attention of the new arrivals that Don Winner and Clyde Jenkins where nothing more than common crooks utilizing the internet and a blog to do so.

Jerry Hall became that target, as a former Constable Adviser and volunteer police officer and who had worked with the US Department of Justice Jerry made it known to all new arrivals of Don’s and Clyde’s scams which included money laundering, land scams, tax scams, anything that would deprive the new arrivals of their money.

Hence the immediate attacks, Jerry disrupted the Land Scams of San Critobol in Bocas del Toro, operated by Tom McMurrain, subsequently sent to prison in the USA courtesy of the US Government for 5 years thanks to Jerry and his connection with the US Department of Justice and DEA. Next was Eddie Kahn a know tax scammer also working with Don Winner and Clyde Jenkins, holding Tax seminars on how to cheat the US Government out of their taxes. Jerry brought to light that as a US citizen you can not avoid paying taxes. Jerry worked to bring Eddie Kahn down, Eddie had consulted with Wesley Snipes who was sentenced to 5 years in a Federal Penitentiary, Eddie Kahn received 10 years. Jerry also brought to light that Clyde Jenkins was a pedophile and was harming children in the community, Clyde had been prosecuted in the USA and ran to Panama to hide but continued attacking children. Clyde was chased out of Panama and left and went to Colombia where he later died. Don Winner was money laundering for the AUC a Colombian terrorist group who were Killing children cutting off their heads with Chain saws while they were alive. I had to do something so I stood up and the results where vicious untruth attacks on me.

This had a huge impact on Don Winner’s income as he was getting kick backs on both of these scams, which was just two of the many scams.

Don Winners real money maker was to write untruths about new arrivals that were smart enough not to fall for his scams, discrediting them on his web site then demanding $5,000 and up to remove the false statements.

There are so many complaints about Don Winner and his reputation as a common crook. Thanks to the friends of Jerry Hall who helped the truth come out and the show that the false accusations where nothing more than that FALSE – FAKE NEWS.

Clyde Jenkins funeral insurance expires just days before [predicted death] he dies

(See update below) WE WERE already wondering what had happened to Clyde Jenkins, the trusted right hand man of scam pimp Don Winner. Jenkins for years functioned as Winner’s proxy on a plethora of online expat forums, harassing and shouting down anyone who’d dare to disagree with the self-proclaimed jackboot “community leader”.

RESTRAINING ORDERS, ANGRY LOCALS
Yours truly obtained no less than two restraining orders from the authorities against Winner and Jenkins after their repeated harassment and intimidation of this reporter’s family which includes two young daughters.

Harassment and abuse of under-aged females was a recurring theme throughout Jenkin’s stay in Panama. He’d eagerly point out how in Panama 16 year old girls would be pregnant already, wondering what would be wrong, in light of that, with having sexual relations with them. He was once chased out of a town in the Azuero peninsula during carnival by locals who took offense at his behavior towards their children, sources told us.

RUNNING SOUTH
Jenkins then moved to Colombia, but continued to spout his sick drivel online on various web forums. However, recently he fell silent. This morning, we found out why:

I want to update the thread on Clyde Jenkins. Benny is at the hospital now and Clyde is unable to recognize or communicate with anyone. He is expected to live only one or two more days.

We’ll leave it up to you, dear reader, to decide if this is good or bad news. Suffice it to say that his inability to communicate is nothing new as far as we are concerned. But, of course there is trouble with money even on his last sad days:

There is a problem with the burial insurance expired on July 1st. Apparently Clyde was never able to resolve his debit card issue and had no money to pay any of the bills.

Well, isn’t that a case of bad karma? After spending a decade defending and aiding financial scammers and their pimps, the man has no money left to pay for his own funeral insurance, so that it expires just a week before he actually is predicted to die.

WHO PAYS THE FUNERAL MAN?
Miraculously, however, there is one person crazy enough to actually say that he’ll pay the funeral insurance bill (he may have to hurry with that) so that Jenkins can be put under the ground:

It is my understanding that if a person dies as an indigent there is no funeral, just a cremation and an urn stored in a room somewhere. I think Clyde deserves a funeral and a proper burial in a cemetery.

We think so too. He’ll burn in hell anyway, so why do it here? At least there will be something to piss on this way, should anyone feel so inclined.

UPDATE July 10th 2014: We just heard that Clyde Jenkins has in fact died and will be cremated, which they now say was his wish and not because there’s no money because everybody hated him so no donations. Who really knows! His passing away has for sure gone mostly unnoticed on the Panamanian Yahoo groups and other web forums where he made everybody’s lives miserable; they’re only talking about how to get rid of geckos in the house and where to get cheap booze and maids and of course they’re bickering about other nonsense. According to this post on a Colombian Yahoo group however, we were in his thoughts during the last minutes but since he was sedated for at least 24 hours we don’t believe any of that. He was most certainly not in our thoughts, that’s for sure, other than — getting a bit philosophical here — the realization that everything is temporary and thus those as.h….. like him and so many others will just croke and heal the world from their presence. Anyway, you read it here first and not on that stupid scam site for the slow class!

UPDATE 2, July 11th: The other half of the restraining order, scam pimp Don Winner, finally discovered, 24 hours after the fact, that his “good friend” has died. Writes the Wanker: “I first met Clyde about ten years ago at an even [sic]organized for expats in Panama. We quickly became friends, and we were close while he lived here. I would pick him up from his small little one-room apartment in Casco and we would go do whatever together.”

That “whatever” was, on several occasions, to show up at my house and cause trouble, until the corregidora in Casco Viejo put an end to these illegal activities.

Scam pimp Don Winner in grand theft GPS maps

NOW what do we read in our beloved Panama Guide™ webzine? Another one of Don Winner’s good friends bites the dust! On the run for the law. Fleeing charges of copyright violations and theft and whatnot in Panama and the US.

What happened? Well, we’re not really sure, but it appears there was this company that provided GPS map services in Panama, and it was owned by Republican congressional candidate Jerry Hall and some guy called Steve Magaric did most of the work. And then, according to what we read, Magaric thought, “F..k Hall”, and started to scheme to just keep all the money for himself.

Don Winner in this ploy served to create smoke screens by keeping Hall busy with all kinds of weird attacks on his person, while Magaric managed to obfuscate $150k from the company’s coffers.

And then all was discovered by Hall when Magaric suddenly left and moved to Australia, taking all the maps and software with him which aren’t his! So, criminal complaints and charges.

Did scam pimp Don Winner profit? We don’t know for sure, but we must assume he did. Why? Because of his track record, which includes:

– Sides with Tom McMurrain in ongoing scandal about San Cristobal noni and teak scam, until McMurrain is finally arrested, extradited and thrown in the slammer;
– With McMurrain gone, Winner then starts pumping the “accountancy services” of one Thomas Rowley, the former “bookkeeper” of the San Cristobal scam who, according to documents of the Public Ministry, was also wanted by Interpol in relation to some kind of European subsidy fraud;
– Promotes “Templar Panama”, a real esate firm of Gonzalo de la Guardia which took investments for a condo tower they never built and which sold land next to resorts and marinas of Carlos Slim and Mel Gibson that didn’t exist. Another principal of this outfit was Kevin Bradley, a friend of Winner who was instrumental in shaking down a Canadian retiree for a couple of million together with HSBC Panama. Templar employs one Martin Roy Lamb as its sales director, a convicted high yield investment swindler from Canada and notorious coke junk, and Winner tries to suppress exposure of Lamb on behalf of the Templar hustlers. Lamb, de la Guardia et al eventually resort to hacking this website to stop them from being exposed as a bunch of crooks. Then Templar itself collapses without a trace (of clients paid deposits);
– Promotes a project called “Canal Valley” which purports to be a resort community inside the Canal watershed — where no such communities are allowed to be built. Principals are a bunch of convicted stock swindlers from Canada who haven’t paid the land and the broker. Winner vows to prove that the project will be allowed by the Canal Authority, and then hopelessly fails to do so. Despite Winner’s support, project goes belly-up and we receive many emails from victims who lost their money.
– Promotes a shady former extremist militia guy who goes by the name of “Rex Freeman” but whose real name is Marc Boswell and who runs financial frauds. As in, fake “investment clubs” and scammy forex things and online gambling scams. So Winner makes him financial columnist of Panama Guide, and defends him vehemently against ongoing revelations involving lots of stolen money, money laundering, fake cheques, arrests and prison. Cheered on by Don Winner, Boswell starts criminal defamation case against Eric Jackson of The Panama News and loses spectacularly after a Costa Rican arrest warrant for him is published on the front page of La Estrella.
– Starts defending Mary K. Sloane, a former Canadian lawyer who was disbarred for stealing client money and then came to Panama to steal some more by posing as a consultant and expat community leader. Sloane takes off again when too many people want their money back and was last seen running an MLM scheme featuring sanitary napkins (no joke!) from somewhere in the far east.
– Outs an anonymous source in a porn scandal that La Estrella wrote about, in which one of Winner’s friends is accused of producing child pornography. Claims that revealing the source’s identity somehow absolves his friend of everything.
– Promotes the Panamanian “businesses” of Monte Friesner, a Canadian psychopath and serial fraud artist with a criminal record from here to Tokyo which includes advance fee fraud, theft, money laundering, arson, assault, and so on. Serves as a publicist for Friesner and his accomplice Tatiana Nazarova running a never-ending series of bizarre nonsense stories;
– Takes a PR gig for Marcos Shrem, who sold arms to a Colombian right-wing terrorist group called the AUC, known for massacring women and children and cutting them up with chainsaws when they’re still alive. While his clients were busy butchering kids, Shrem laundered the proceeds of these sales through a series of questionable real estate schemes, we’re told. One of these schemes was a beachfront development in Gorgona where investors lost all their money — Don Winner’s job being to endlessly repeat that there’s nothing to worry about and all will be well, which it will not, but he doesn’t care as long as he’s being paid with the blood money of Colombian terrorists.
