I had been wanting to become a mediator for a while and was trying to go through the proper steps to become one with my very busy schedule. Since I worked full time, I was having a hard time being able to fit in classes that I needed to attend in person, so I decided that I would benefit best from using online mediation training in Texas. Being a mediator is something that I have always been able to do in my professional life, so to become a professional mediator seemed like a logical step for me.
